Our Story
With unique connections in the region and a solid commitment to the well-being of its people, we are driven to source nurses differently. We recognise the tremendous potential for positive change and envisioned an organisation that combines comprehensive nurse sourcing with charitable initiatives and sustainable development.
Deeply respecting and appreciating the National Health Service (NHS),our experience within the NHS emphasises the importance of collaboration and a compassionate approach to nurse sourcing. Our involvement as trustees on the board of Develop Bhutan further deepened our understanding of the region's challenges and strengthened our commitment to supporting sustainable development initiatives.
MettaNurse is built on the belief that sourcing should prioritise the well-being of nurses and their communities. One of our primary aims is to help nurses settle near the roles they take, ensuring they remain committed and happy in their chosen positions. By forging strong partnerships and providing ongoing support, MettaNurse strives to create an environment where nurses can thrive and find fulfilment.
Through our collaborative approach, we work closely with Nurses, Care Homes, Private Hospitals, and other Healthcare Organisations to ensure seamless integration and a sense of belonging for nurses in their new roles.
Our goal is to foster long-term commitment and happiness, enabling nurses to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they care for.
Furthermore, with connections in the third sector, MettaNurse also explores opportunities in markets across Africa and South America.
